Our neighbour is taking down their garden wall and putting up a fence. However by taking down the wall it will damage our patio slabs hat go right up to the wall or leave an unsighty gap between our slabs and their new fence.
We have spent a lot of money patioing the area.

Since it is their boundary you cannot stop them changing to a fence. However, if they do damage your patio slabs in the process you can claim in respect of the damage done.

The unsightly gap will need to be dealt with by lateral thinking such as a flower bed or pots.

I hope this helps, if there are any further points please rteply

Best regards
