GE Money are asking eviction order because I made a

Customer Question

I have a 2nd loan secured on my house and in 2008 I got made redundant, the PPI that came with the loan never paid up and after lots of arguing GE money applied for repossession in 2011, they turned up without the correct forms but I had bad representation and it was turned in to a suspended repossession on the basis I pay the monthly amount plus £20 extra to clear the arrears which stand at £3,400. I have paid this since 2011 but I have had money problems last month and paid the amount late, because of this they are applying for repossession of my home even though I have paid as they say I have defaulted the agreement. I don't have enough equity in my house from my mortgage so they will get nothing and they won't listen to reason or negotiate, they are aggressive and unrealistic, I don't want to lose my home and don't understand the benefits to anyone of repossession, NRAM will not get all there money and GE MONEY will get nothing !!!!, what do I do, I am told I will get a 2 - 4 weeks date in the post once the court supplies a date to them.
