Just rented a property three weeks ago through an estate agent. Signed a six month tenancy agreement. This week informed by letting agent that landlord is sell properth and access required for selling agent and possible viewers. What are my rights and can they give me notice if property sold before the six month agreement ends.very unsettling.
Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.
Does the agreement allow for viewings?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Agreement states " agree for access to view the last month of the agreement"

Then they can ONLY permit viewings on the last month. You cant stop the Landlord selling in which case if he does you can sue for breach of contract and alternative accomodation but you only need allow viewings in the last month.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
