Threatened Mortgage Repossession

Hello Alex. Are you a property solicitor who can assist with threatened repossessions?

My situation is that I am living in my late father's house with my sister and there is a mortgage still on the property and have received a letter from the mortgage company (Mortgage Express) telling us the current balance and arrears of £4061.81 together with mortgage statements for the last 2 years.  There are NO arrears on the mortgage as I have been paying the monthly mortgage and am up to date with payments.

Can Mortgage Express force repossession? They want their money back.
