Can a commercial tenant, force the council to sell the land, they are leasing?
Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.
Sadly no. You can't force them to sell anything. Sadly if it was the other way around and they wanted to build a road, they could.
But no - they own it and you can't make them sell it I am sorry to say. You could try and get your Local Councillor or MP involved - that may encourage them to pursue it.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
