I have a boundary dispute with my neighbour, she claims we have taken down her fence and trespassed etc. The fence according to my title deed plan is on my land. She as put in a court claim without determining the boundary. According to my title deed there should be no fence, wall or furniture above 18" high. Her solicitor is asking me to put back a fence that should not even be there? Can you advise?

No, why should we have to pay for this service when we can read our title plan. She surely has to prove the boundary position before she considers legal action?
