Are you on an AST?

Has he served a S21 notice upon you?

at this time I am just trying to find out what options he has when I refuse the anticipated rent increase due on 15 april, if he has not given me 28 days notice.
He can choose not to sign a fresh AST with you but he cannot just evict you.To get you out he will have to serve a S21 notice on you giving you no less than two months notice on or before the court date.He can do that in the end obviously but he cannot do it any quicker than that. Can I clarify anything for you?Jo
