My solar company has gone into liquidation , can I now have the solar panels removed ,as they haven't kept to the agreement/ contact

Ok. If the asset is sold on and the agreement says it can be assigned someone may come and take it on.If the agreement says it cant be assigned or the assets are not sold, then yes you can take them down.Or you could just get a MCS Certificate and get the FIT payments yourself. That way you get paid for the solar generationCan I clarify anything for you about this today please?Alex
