The tenancy agreement of my flat has been slgned by an agency

Customer Question

The tenancy agreement of my flat has been slgned by an agency on behalf of a glven landlord name. After a while l have found out that the actual landlord ls this signee's spouse, not the given name. Do I have any legal liabilities due to this situation or is it possible to act on behalf of one's spouse in contracts like this ? Thank you in advance.
