Does an AA (freezing) restriction applied the Land Registry

Customer Question

Does an AA (freezing) restriction applied for at the Land Registry take priority over an OS1 search ONLY if it is ordered directly by a court?
As opposed to such a restriction being applied for (wrongly?) by solicitors later, using wording from a court order?
