Customer Question

To avoid blocking driveways opposite my daughters house when I visit, I have to park on the road in front of her next door neighbours house. There are no parking restrictions at all on the road. Every time -- the neighbour becomes extremely difficult. Who is right?

No one has the right to control who parks outside their house on a public road.
