My partner purchased a house ( mortgage in s name only) but

Customer Question

Hi, my partner purchased a house ( mortgage in his name only) but I paid £45,000 towards deposit. His share of deposit was £12,000. I know I have no legal right to the property which is worrying. I have two sons and was wondering if it would be possible for all three of us to be added to the title deeds, to safe guard our future.
