Hi i have rented a house with a 6 month agreement paying 6 months rent upfront. i am 2 months into the agreement and have received a letter saying that the landlord is bankrupt and solicitors are looking to gain access to the property at a hearing in order to sell it. i can not afford to more so quickly as i was saving the rent monthly. can they evict me? they said the agreement i have is not binding as it was entered into after the bankruptcy order
