should read absolute land title

Hi, absolute title means that when the Buyer of land registers their ownership at the Land Registry, the Land Registry has seen evidence that the Seller had the right to sell the land in question, and absolute title can not therefore be disputed. Only if the land has been acquired by some form of fraud can it be disputed. I hope this assists and sets out the legal position. Kind Regards Al
