Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.

has your neighbour done that? Have you reported this to the Council?

Hi Alex,
Thanks for your reply.
However, I would like to cancel my request as it is such a petty matter and I reacted stupidly at the heat of the moment..
My neighbour has a very narrow outlook on life and is a difficult person to deal with ,and a very narrow outlook.
My apologies and thanks.
Yours sincerely.

If he dumps them its fly tipping
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
