I am a tenant of a property and my landlord (a friend) has died and left the property to me in his Will. Do I have to pay rent to his Estate?

No, you now own it so any rent paid to his estate belongs to you anyway.

If the estate is continuing to pay for outgoings in respect of the property then you need to pay the estate back and take over all the expenses.

Best regards
