Customer Question

My question is to do with landlord/tennant issues around the end of a contract. Myself and my partner have been living in a rented property for 7 years. It has been for a rolling 6 month period. At the beginning of which, we have signed a new contract each time. The current contract runs out next on the 21st of this month (Friday). This time, we will be moving out to a new property and will not be renewing the contract. Do we have to be out on the last day of the contract, or do we have any period of overlap that means we move out a month? two weeks later? Or is it dependent on what we agree with the landlord? Thanks.
