I believe my neighbour has not yet registered his property. Will Land Registry property retain my boundary as already registered if he now registers?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.

Is your land registered?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it is.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I registered my property in April, 2016

Ok - then the Land Registry will keep the boundary as per YOUR title plan.

Yours was registered first so will be dealt with on that basis.

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
