Advised by Police today tenant is in prison and will be until after 06.06.17.
Many items left broken in property. Only Tenant's property that is left in house is settee, and it is not known when the remainder of the furniture was removed.
Can I take property back and change locks on 07.06.17 on basis of Implied Surrender and/or Abandonment
