Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
Is there a change, or just a renewal?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
it's only renewal

Then the law says you cant be charged fees etc.

You dont need another reference. They are entitled to charge a nominal sum for renewal of their fees, but not additional sums.

This was reported in: Office of Fair Trading (OFT) v. Foxtons

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

If not, I would appreciate a 5 star rating for my answer. Thanks!

change is I'm again alone after split with former girlfriend so that told me it's reason of that referencies asking

Ok - but thats no reason. You have paid rent!
They are just trying to rip you off.

Does that clarify?

one more question I really wanna stay there living, but my agreement finished on 15th of November 2017 ..could they force me to leave flat just because I don't like make referencies ? just because they don't renew my agreement ? thx

They can ask at any time, yes. They have to give 2 months notice.

But you have a monthly rolling tenant once the fixed period expires.

Does that clarify?
