Hello Jamie,I just got a latter from the solicitor.
He got my request latter(dated 13.04.2018 posted by 1st class signed for 16.04.2018) on 10.05.2018.
He forwarded my request to the agency.
H also said that the landlord is no longer a client of the agency so to provide his address will be difficult or maybe impossible.
I already sent my N244 form to the court.
So what can I do now?

I am pretty sure. My tenancy ended January 2017 and the landlord was the agency's customer for a while after that.

But they refuse to disclose any address?

The solicitor forwarded my request letter about the landlord,s address to the agency.
From his letter: " I shall do my utmost to obtain the landlord's contact address, but given I understand the landlord is no longer a client of my clients, this may prove difficult, if not impossible."
I already asked the court :
- time extension
- ask the solicitor about the landlord,s address.
The solicitor answered my request letter at the last moment. I do not believe that he got my 1 st class sign for letter(posted 16 April) on 10 May.

That does not make sense. They are obliged to keep records. They can’t just say well no longer a client so do not have it.

They must have the details, they just do not want to give it.

You should continue with your application for disclosure.

Hello Jamie,
I just got a letter from the solicitor. He provided the address of the landlord.
My deadline to amend the particulars is 18 May.
Do I have to send it tomorrow or the judge will extend the time as I already asked the court?
I am really confused now.
