Hello I have a tenancy law question, how much will it cost?
Assistant: The Expert's answer will cost $10 to $100, depending on the issue type and time to respond. You'll see the exact amount on the next page and can decide then. It's way less expensive and more convenient than any face-to-face visit.
Customer: Hi just wondering why the fee is in dollars as its a UK website?
Assistant: What steps have you taken so far? Have you prepared or filed any paperwork?
Customer: No I'm just asking why the fee is in dollars as its a UK website?
Assistant: Where is the property located?
Customer: London uk
Assistant: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: No that's fine thanks

My question is as follows. I'm currently a live in landlord with 2 lodgers. Can I give tenancy of the flat to one of my lodgers thereby making him a tenant and the other lodger a sub tenant? Naturally I will then move out of the property.

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you. I am just reviewing your question. This is an email service so there may be delays when responding.

So you want to give an AST to one but permission for that main tenant to sublet?
