havent you already seen my question....I want to install a security camera in the porch of my property? As a landlord do i need my tenants permission..its an HMO. thank you.

Due to data protection and GPDR laws, I would advise you to get the written permission of your tenant before you install CCTV in communal areas as your tenant will very likely be filmed by the camera.
