Hi I took out a 10 year lease with a 5 year get out clause, the five years are up and the landlord has increased the rent.
JA: What steps have you taken so far? Have you prepared or filed any paperwork?
Customer: When the the rent increased we gave notice that we will be moving, but he says i am tied to a further 5 years because i didn't give 6 months notice?
JA: Where is the property located?
Customer: Brackla Industrial Estate , Bridgend, South Wales, CF31 2DA
