If a court case is brought against me, if I sign the necessary documents before the date for the case,would I incur any costs?
JA: What steps have you taken so far? Have you prepared or filed any paperwork?
Customer: No. Solicitors want us to sign some title deeds and say they will take it to court if we don't sign.
JA: Where is the property located?
