JA: What steps have you taken so far? Have you prepared or filed any paperwork?
Customer: I have raised the issue with the landlord by phone
JA: Where is the flat located?
Customer: Enfield, Middlesex
JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Damages to the ceiling and the electrics

Welcome to Just Answer.

Given the water damage caused to your flat, it appears you have a cause of action in negligence and nuisance against the neighbour's Landlord and/or the neighbour.

A solicitor is not necessary at the moment Further your aim is to get the landlord of the flat in question that caused the damage to rectify the damage caused to your flat.

Do you understand what i have stated, if yes please let me know and i will suggest steps to undertake in order to rectify this issue.
