Was your deposit protected?

All been done through an agency. Whenever i call them all they say that landlord is reviewing the check out. This been happening for the past few weeks. Now they dont even replaying to emails

I would advise you to lodge a dispute with the deposit protection scheme where the deposit was protected.

They will look into this.
