We are a landlord and progressing with tenancy agreement

Customer Question

We are a landlord and progressing with tenancy agreement currently and due to receive the final version but would you be able to review this ? If so will this be an additional cost? The property is located in the UK.

Hello.

Yes, we would be able to review the tenancy agreement.

The costs associated with the legal service would depend on how lengthy and complex the agreement is.

Thank you.

It’s 20 page and hopefully standard tenancy agreement but this is between us (private landlord) and multi national company as our tenant is an expat and company is signing on behalf of the tenant. Any idea of the cost?

What would be an affordable budget for you?

Generally, the customary legal cost in accordance with the legal industry standard for such a legal service is in the sum of £700.

Thank you.

I think that’s a bit too much for us so pls don’t worry

Sure, no worries.

I was thinking more like £50-100
Expert:  C.Cornel replied 6 months ago.

I see, apologies, it would take too much time to review the agreement.

Thank you.

Hello again.

This is how we can proceed, there is a procedure on Just Answer to obtain my business email.

Please send me the agreement via email and I will review it, as a gesture of good will.

Thank you.
