Your solicitor should have done this as they were dealing with the purchase of the flat and not your agents.
You should ask for the Completion Statement from your solicitor which will show what was charged and the amount.
Your solicitor must provide you with a Complete Statement - this is your legal right - did you receive one? If the file has been closed you are entitled to obtain a copy of the file known as file of papers.

I see -you must get the completion statement of request file of papers - your solicitor must provide this to you within 7 days - you can also take up the matter with the Solicitor Regulation Authority - SRA
Then you need to get the entire file of papers as they may have forgotten. They needed to make sure extra check were done especially when the property is being purchased with tenants
Everything will show up on the file - if you send a email and/or letter to your solicitor by Recorded delivery they cannot deny they never knew about this.

Yes they may have also retained payment for retention of device charge- you must raise this with them too
