I see, the performance of the SPA contract would then be frustrated as no buyer can be found, so the money paid would be forfeited I would imagine. It would depend on the terms in the SPA - are you able to upload a copy for me?

Hi, I can't take calls at the moment so we'd need to deal with it online. There are other experts who could take a call if that suits you better. There is a call request button - once that is clicked, your request goes out to all experts so one would ring you (probably today, if not today then tomorrow).
