I'm trying to redeem property and dealing with company

Customer Question

hi , I'm trying to redeem property and dealing with company called Target, I've send the house valuation which they accepted on 20.05 but now they are saying that there is an issue with the house valuation and it is rejected, is this legally correct? surely no
JA: Where are you? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: Nottinghamshire area
JA: What steps have you taken so far?
Customer: I've sent all the documentation(valuation, fee, solicitor detail- but they are looking at my remortgage side). this was then approved on 20.05 and I was informed that nothing else is needed from me, but then when I have rang today to see did they sent redemption letter It seems to be that they didn't because someone else made a mystake?
JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?

I am not with you - when you say redeem, you mean trying to buy?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No. Repay the loan to help to buy
