Hello i have an assured shorthold tenancy, i have given my landlord 2 months notice as required in the agreement my new property is available in 2 weeks and i have told my current landlord i will be leaving at the end of this month
JA: What steps have you taken so far? Have you prepared or filed any paperwork?
Customer: My landlord is insisting my contract ends in 2 months and i have to continue paying rent for the 2 months, my rent at present is paid to the end of October, they also are insisting i redecorate the property,
JA: Where is the property located?
Customer: Cornwall
