Hello,
I am an experienced legal advisor and I am happy to answer your question.Simply put as the property is wholly owned by the landlord they are permitted to have their business registered there. It does not mean they operate from there as you have exclusive possession.That being said you can of course request they change it but they are not obliged to do so.Kind regards
