please ignore that word 'Heard' it just a typo. sorry about that.

Thanks for the further info.

From reviewing the docs, it appears you should consider suing Equinox and Myroom for their failure to return the deposit assuming you have undertaken the steps they advised you do within section 7 in the agreement.

Before you consider suing i suggest you send a letter before action to both parties. I have attached a template for your consideration and amendments. Hopefully the letter will prompt a response from one of the parties in question and thus return your deposit.

Assuming the deposit or a resolution is not met within the deadline stated in your letter you should consider court action.

With regards ***** ***** action i suggest you instruct a housing lawyer to assist with such action because the court process can be challenging and expensive if you get things wrong.

I hope i have clarified the position.

Hi Anthony
Thank you for your advice.
Equinox and Myroom are the same company. The actual landlord who owns the building is a different guy. Should I send one to him also?
One more question do I send them a physical letter or email?
please let me know.
kind regards

Yes I suggest you send one to him too and you should send it by email and post.
