Ask an Property Solicitor. Get an Answer ASAP.
Hello, I hope you are well. My name is***** am a solicitor advocate and I will be assisting you with your question today. I am very sorry to hear of the problem you are experiencing and I will do my best to help you with this matter.
If you believe your relative has been mistreated or racially discriminated against by the police, then the first thing to do is lodge a formal compliant in writing to the Chief constable. They will be located as the police force headquarters.
Should you receive no reply or an unsatisfactory reply from them, you can then make n official complaint to the IOPC, Independent office for police complaints.
They will investigate you complaint independently of the actual police force.
I have attached a link here to the IOPC. https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk
Can I assist or clarify anything further?
