Hi, Do you have my question?
Expert:  INC Law replied 18 days ago.

Hi,

Thank you for your query, I am a Solicitor-Advocate in the UK and will be assisting you with your question today.

I would be grateful if you could answer some questions:

1. Was there a Will

2. Was your daughter married? If so, is there any children?

3. Is there  mortgage on the property?

4. Have you applied for Probate?

Many thanks,

Hi,

In the absence of further information, I can only provide a general answer.

You would first need to obtain Probate before dealing with the transfer of the property at HM Land Registry.

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Many thanks
