After being left for two weeks switched on to record programmes

Customer Question

After being left for two weeks switched on to record programmes we find that nothing has been recorded since Nov 4th. Our EPG is now "Undefined" with "no Data or Synopsis available". The same message comes up when we change channel via the DTR.

Can you help please.
