Use password ***** to login
Then Change your admin password
Then Reboot the DVR and login with new admin password ***** check new admin password ***** *****

Still no joy . And the circus was full of updateables.
ok, the problem is with these boxes, without the password ***** is no way to reset it as you have no access to it. It needs to be done at the factory when they reflash the memory Vinny.
I am sorry but you will need to return it to the place of purchase and they can organise this for you, but they will have a charge for this as it is due to a forgotten password.
