GV102ZRH HD recorder. It has stopped recording new programmes although continuing to record series. When I press record it goes to one off or series but information box doesn;t disappear from screen when OK is pressed

Thanks for your response. However, while waiting for a response I managed to solve the problem. I contacted Just Answer immediately telling them I no longer wanted to proceed. I'm soirry they failed to inform you of this.
