It's not an error message but the blu Ray won't play

Hi, thanks, ***** *****'t think so lol.

What exactly will it do when you try disks that wont play?

Any error any image on the TV screen etc?

Does it spit out the DVD?

and how old is your player?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Probably 5 years old, it plays the beginning showing the film production company but won't play the film. When I buy a new blu Ray sometimes it will play and sometimes it won't but they all play on my Sony blu Ray in a different room

Hi on this one it sounds like you have a laser that is getting a little weak.

The first things to do:

Unplug your DVD player for 30 full minutes. Then use a good quality "WET" type disk cleaner, run that at least 5 times.

Then re try the disks this usually works.

Please let me know if all is well then ;-)

Or if you have any problems.

In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.

Please rate my service thus far.

Also it is the only way I am credited for my time and expertise with you.

Once you rate, I will be notified and will add your question to my priority list so you can reach me anytime until this problem is solved.

Then you can reach me by simply replying to this message anytime.

Thank you
