Renault Clio 1.2 mark II 2005 Immoblizer light flashing constantly

Customer Question

Renault Clio 1.2 mark II 2005 Immoblizer light flashing constantly I suspect immobliser is faulty. (No spare fob Keys). But engine doesn't turn over. (Doesn't cranck over) Battery is fine and starter motor is fine. I have checked this. No live feed to starter motor. Switch behinde ignition barrel is fine, when switch to starting position, there is live feed going to connector below.
Is it starter motor wire goes to UCH N3 unit? I have no wiring diagramme unfortunately.
Are this both fault related. (Immobliser and starter motor) on this models?
Can be Immobliser by pass? There is company who does this type of work but they not sure about starting (Cracking) problem. Many Thanks
