Doesn't work at all. Auto. BJ07UPB. Thanks.

Hello again Martin -
Im sorry I missed you when you replied -
As its the Auto system- are there any error codes showing in the display?
Is the display otherwise normal - all else working?
Have you got any other fault codes from it?

Display normal, just doesn't do it. eg I can press fan button and it will indicate 1,2,3,& 4 but no air.

Hello again Martin -
Thank you for your reply and further info..
OK - You said at the outset you changed or checked a "fuse" but there is more than one fuse for the AC system.. I will list them for you--to check.
In the Interior / fascia fuse box.. Check Fuse 1... 30 amp
Also check Fuse 14 - a 3 amp
In the engine bay main fuse box - check fuse no. 13.. a 10 amp
Also check Fuse - 10 - a 15 amp.
Thats it for the fuses. Hopefully you will find one that cures it for you..
If you don't, then the fault is undoubtedly with the panel itself - they do fail.
There is a company in the UK that can test / repair these - they do a postal service so it would then be a case of have it removed and sent to them - I can give you details of that if need be... its considerably cheaper service than a new Renault unit..
Let me know how you go..and / or let me know if you need anything further on this..
~~~~ Meantime - Please do click on the "Exc / Ok rating" for me at this time.. "Thank you" in advance for that .
.. Note that you can get back to me anytime at all after doing the rating - it doesn't close you out --
Best Rgds Martin -- MIKE.
