Thank you for your question.

Where did you sign the contract?

What does it say about cancellation?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

it was signed in the house i no i shouldnt have i had 7 days to cancell but i should have done it writing i told a guy that phoned after 5 days i didnt want to go ahead and i thought that would have been it . i did get the sales man to write on it subject to customer confirming funds . this is why they are trying to get me to take credit with them.

should i email them cancelling it by writting i no its to late

If the contract is subject to you getting funds then the contract is conditional on you doing so, so you can walk away. You are not bound to take their finance. Tell them you are cancelling.
