i have suffered harassement from my next door neighbour for eighteen month and have called the police 14 times on june 5th I came home from visiting my 76 year old very sick husband in hospital my neighbours wife hit my gate when turning I was up my path I asked her to shut the gate and I got a mouth full of abuse I reached my door and she was still in her car and I asked again and yet again I got abuse I actually said to her that she was not very nice and if this did not stop I would block off the road infront of my house which I own and I also asked her to stop people across the road turning on my property the police visited them and I was charged with abusive language and also of threating them with my stick I was charged as they were two and I had no defence of a onother person the case has gone to the procurate fiscal were do I stand

Apart from your own evidence, can you list for me what evidence there is from other people about the behaviour of this family? You can't do anything unless you have evidence.
