Hi, Received a parking charge notice from EPC for £70 yesterday.
Read some comments on Internet and confused whether I should pay or ignore.
(Car WAS parked over the 120 minute free parking sign).
Could you please advise on this.

Was the car in a private car park? If so you have a civil parking penalty and the operator would have to prove you were aware of the 120 minute restriction which of course they can't do. That being the case bin the ticket. You will get reminders and debt letters. Bin them too. They won't raise proceedings.

Contrast that with a council issued ticket. You must pay that.
