My partner is refusing me access

Customer Question

Hi. My ex partner and I have a 3 month old son and I am named on his birth certificate. We didn't have a very good relationship but tried to make it work so that our son had both parents. Unfortunately after yet another argument we had a falling out and 3 days later she was with someone else. Since our split at the end of May I have had my son for 3 days and nights per week. My mum normally picks him up from my ex partner on a Tues late morning and drops him off again Thursday tea-time. I work full-time so during the day my gran looks after my son and I take over when I get in from work and untill I leave for work the next morning. Sorry, I'm rambling! I had my son this week as usual (Tues & Wed) and he was due to be picked up lunch-time by my ex parter (which is very unusual) anyway she called and asked if I could keep him on the Thursday night also as she was still moving into her new flat. It was agreed that I would still have him on the Friday night as arranged and that she would pick him up at lunch-time on the Sat afternoon. Anyway on the Friday my gran offered to babysit while I went out. My ex partner found out and has now refused me the agreed access to my son because of this. Can she do this and did I do anything wrong? I would appreciate any advice you can give me
