Received a letter from my ex wife threatening to take me to

This answer was rated:

Received a letter from my ex wife threatening to take me to court if I don't pay aliment for our 21 yr old daughter who is in full time education.
My understanding of the law is that my obligation is to my daughter and that she could pursue me for aliment but, given my daughter's age, my ex cannot?.
Is this correct?

Thank you for your question.

Your ex wife has no right to pursue for aliment for your daughter. Any obligation is between you and your daughter directly.

You can ignore your ex wife.

I hope this helps. Please leave a positive response so that I am credited for my time.
