Can you submit productions to the other side before a pro

Can you submit productions to the other side before a 'proof'
Thank you for your question.
Yes you can. There are time limits for lodging productions prior to proof (14 days in a summary cause) but typically productions are lodged well in advance of proof and intimated to the opponent at the same time.
I hope this helps. Please leave a positive response so that I am credited for my time.

can you lodge productions before the hearing in a summary cause?

Yes, you have to lodge them at least 14 days before proof but they can be lodged before that if it is thought appropriate to do so.
