Thank you for your question.
Can you let me see the timeshare contract?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I will send copies of our contracts with Moness Country Club if you let me have an address to which I can send them.

You can send a PDF file to***@******.*** and ask that they forward toCustomer The moderator will then send the file to me to look at. That way your personal information is not placed on the open site.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Sadly can't create a PDF file. Snail mail will have to suffice.

Expert:  JGM replied 3 years ago.
We can't work on that basis I'm afraid. All documents have to be scanned and emailed.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I received this email this morning but it doesn't give an answer to my question. I managed to send a PDF file containing our contracts with Moness Country Club and was informed that they would be forwarded to you. Hopefully you have received them and will be able to give me some advice soon. Thanks

Hi, I've retrieved the file you sent. It appears to be a motor insurance policy for a Suzuki motor vehicle with AXA Insurance. This is clearly not the right file. Could you check and revert to me?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Sorry - it appears I cannot create a PDF file for these contracts. I appreciate you cannot help without seeing them but repeat - the only way I can let you see them is by sending you a hard copy.

If this is unsuitable I will have to accept that you are unable to help me.

I will ask the moderator to process a refund as we can't accept hard copies.
