Customer Question

Thank you for your help . It's mean my husband not charged?

Thank you for your question.
He has already been charged and presumably pled guilty. The six months deferment is part of the disposal of the case. He will get a lenient disposal if he does not get into any trouble during that period.
I hope this helps. Please leave a positive response so that I am credited for my time.
